1. About these terms

AdminKami (adminkami.com) is operated by PT Kerta Kriya Karana ("we", "us"), Jl. Gatot Subroto I/I No. 15, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or uses AdminKami. By creating an account, you agree to them.

2. The service

AdminKami helps businesses answer their customers on WhatsApp. The AI replies from the products, policies, and FAQs the business adds, and hands a conversation to the business's team when it does not know the answer or the request needs a decision. AdminKami also gives each business a product catalog and a public storefront page.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or act for a business that may legally enter into this agreement. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Your content and your customers

You are responsible for the products, prices, policies, and other information you add, and for everything between you and your own customers, including sales, delivery, payment, and refunds to them. The AI answers only from what you add, but it can still make mistakes: test it with the AI Agent Test and keep your information up to date. You must have the right to message the customers you talk to and must follow WhatsApp's terms.

5. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes the catalog and storefront page. The paid subscription turns on the AI features. It is priced per month in Indonesian rupiah, as shown on the Pricing section of adminkami.com. New accounts may start with a free trial.

Each paid month includes an amount of AI usage that ends with that month. Top-up credits do not expire, but you need an active subscription to use them.

Payments are processed by Midtrans. We do not see or store your card details. We do not charge you automatically: each month starts when you pay. If you do not pay for the next month, the AI features stop and your account continues on the Free plan.

We may change prices. A new price applies to purchases made after the change, never to a month you have already paid for.

6. No refunds

All payments are final. See the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use AdminKami to sell illegal goods or services, send spam, deceive or harass anyone, break the law, or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep AdminKami running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month in which the claim arose.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using AdminKami at any time. To close your account, email us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that the law requires us to close.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using AdminKami after that, the new terms apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute by discussion. If that fails, it will be settled at the Denpasar District Court.
