Refund Policy

All payments are final

Payments to AdminKami, both subscription fees and AI credit top-ups, are non-refundable.

What this covers

• Unused days left in a paid month.
• AI usage included in a month that was not used before the month ended.
• Top-up credits that were not used.
• Accounts suspended or closed for breaking the Terms of Service.

Try before you pay

The Free plan costs nothing, and new accounts may start with a free trial of the subscription. Check the plan and the amount on the Midtrans payment page before you pay.

Stopping your subscription

We never charge automatically. To stop, simply do not pay for the next month. The AI features stay on until the end of the month you paid for.

Purchases from businesses on AdminKami

This policy covers payments to AdminKami only. If you bought something from a business that uses AdminKami, that business's own policy applies. Contact the business directly.
