1. Who we are

AdminKami is operated by PT Kerta Kriya Karana, Jl. Gatot Subroto I/I No. 15, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. This policy explains what data we collect when you use AdminKami and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and password (stored encrypted, never readable by us).
• Business content: products, prices, photos, policies, FAQs, bank account details for your customers' transfers, shipping origin, and the AI personality settings you enter.
• Conversations: messages between your business and your customers that pass through the connected WhatsApp number, including your customers' names and phone numbers.
• Billing: your plan, payment status, and the transaction references Midtrans sends us. We never receive your card details.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie, your language choice stored in your browser, and server logs such as IP addresses, used to keep the service secure.

3. How we use it

To run AdminKami: answer your customers, hand conversations to your team, show you what the AI could not answer, process payments, provide support, keep the service secure, and send you notices about your account. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use them for advertising.

4. AI processing

To write a reply, we send the customer's message and the relevant parts of your business content to the AI model provider we use. The provider processes this data only to produce the reply.

5. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run AdminKami: Midtrans for payments, the AI model provider for replies, WhatsApp as the messaging channel, and our hosting provider. We also share data with authorities when the law requires it.

6. Your customers' data

Your business decides what is said to its customers and remains responsible for their data. We process it on your behalf, only to provide the service.

7. How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. When you ask us to close your account, we delete your data, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

8. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited to people who need it, and passwords are stored encrypted.

9. Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email info@kertakriyakarana.com and we will respond.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version is posted on this page with a new date.
